You encourage me so much. First about "acting" and now this. Thank you. And yes, I took that picture. I have become somewhat of a photographer in my middle age. I love 'nature' shots. Once, I entered the COSTCO "Shoot Your Best Shot" contest. I didn't win, but I was brave and confident enough in my work to enter. I have outrageously beautiful shots of the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls and the Golden Gate Bridge, to name a few.
If you go to my MySpace page, I have a few pictures of Buskill Falls in PA. I visited there last summer and had the nerve to take the "AVID HIKER TRAIL". It was the longest trail, but I wanted to see ALL the falls. I was sore for days later, but it was worth ever step I took to experience the beauty God has created and to get some great shots.
That tulip about which you are referring is from my neighborhood. Since taking that shot, I have planted at least 2000 flowers, including tulips, in my yard. I hope I can take some pictures of my own yard this year.
Unfortunately, as soon as they come up the deer are eating them. I had to get some "DEER OFF" to spray my plants. I am truly praying to God to keep my plants safe from the whole "Bambi" clan, even though I know they were here first. But they don't pay TAXES! HAHAHAHAHA! :(
